Dickie G, any 199 yet?
 
I am around 107 days wainting on VA ratings at Ft Campbell. Just got a call from my PEBLO. She informed me the VA completed my proposed ratings two days ago. She said I should have my paperwork in the next week or two. Its going to be a long two weeks!

Did you get a letter of summary benefits recently from them? The VA usually sends them out late January every year.

I noticed on my letter that my current "effective date of the last change to your current award was 01 Jan 2014"
I was at 90% VA prior to this round of MEB/PEB but that can all change with the new c&p exams I had to take back in Oct 2013, but the MSC told me that she hasn't seen any body decrease in their other conditions after going through this process, she said they remained the same or increased based on your current conditions.-Not to sure if I can believe that or not.

My Unfit memo was sent Jan 9th of this year. The new effective date of 01 Jan 14 is a new date for me and I noticed that my other claimed conditions are already closed out in ebenefits (Claim Closed: 01/24/2014) and I'm just waiting for the unfit conditions to be evaluated, I'm currently at the "UNDER REVIEW" stage. I probably have another 5 months to go...
 
Looks like most folks here get ratings avg. 4 to 7 months after the unfit memo has been sent, and some longer than 7 months.

I don't think it will take you that long. They are going pretty quick from what I see on here. Mine got messed up because I had an appeal for one of the conditions I am being rated for. So I am being rated for the same condition that the BVA will eventually rate me for. Big old mess. MSC messed up bad. I hate him.

Been waiting ever since, I called the Va directly and the lady almost had no idea about the ides process it seemed she just kept saying how they were waiting on my 214. Any one know if I'm right on track with the average I'm 148 days waiting on percentages ... Hate being in limbo.

I thought this process was relatively quick. I am hoping next week I hear something back. Next will be two weeks.

That sucks especially for those who have 60 days vaca saved my peblo said that your minty days starts as soon as you sign 199 and that she has seen people get orders within a week

The main peblo told me the last person who signed their 199 was on transpoc in 5 days. Of course this is not my case. I am hope that next week is my week. I cleared CIF and my house is in good order. I wish I was in good order, this process is wearing me thin.
 
Yeah from it my differ from installion to installion but from what I understand after you sign you 199 you wait about 1 month for your transproc brief. Once your in that system you have a 90 day window to get out , can be earlier but no later than. Also note from when you turn in your packet to get your orders it takes about 20 business days.
 
Well I have seen a lot of guys who have gotten orders real quick after signing 199 I think it's like every other part of medboard process just depends on who's handling you paperwork the system is really flawed by that
