So I finally received information from the VA today. This is the first news in months. Now what does this mean? My Peblo thinks that the VA is trying to up my percentages on some of my claims. This is long winded post. Here is what the peblo printed out for me. Now where i have some questions are my ratings finish besides these four conditions. I had around 28 total conditions claimed and one unfitting. Im am hoping that the MSC will get back to them ASAP and I am out before Christmas.
So all the exams are inadequate on 11/20/13 and days in suspense are 15

Inadequate Reason: The examiner provides a diagnosis of cervical spine intervertebral disc syndrome with degenerative joint disease and cervical spine strain. The examiner provided findings of muscle spasm and guarding. Please clarify if there is a spasm or guarding severe enough to result in an altered gait or spinal contour for the cervical spine.

Inadequate reason: the examiner provides a diagnosis of left ankle strain. There are findings on exam if a altered gait, noted as due to pain. Please clarify the etiology of the altered gait.
Exam Type: Digestive conditions, Miscellaneous
Inadequate reasons: the examiner provides a diagnosis a appetite loss, noting it may be secondary to depression. For VA purposes, loss of appetite is a symptom, not a diagnosis. Please clarify if there is an underlying disease process. If so, please provide diagnosis.
Exam type: Genitourinary Examination
Inadequate Reason: the examiner notes urinary urgency as secondary to traumatic brain injury, noting absorbent pads are not necessary. Please clarify the urinary frequency for daytime voiding and nighttime voiding.
