I am currently on day 31 since my ebenifits changed to requesting seperation documents. Spoke to my PEBLO this morning and there is still nothing in the file about ratings. She stated that sometimes the PEB sends the file back to the VA for reevaluation if the PEB feels the soldier was low-balled. I feel like that would be something that they should/would inform you of if that was the case.

That's great, we're you approved the first time. I was declined and need to resubmit my claim. How far back did the back pay go.
I was approved on the first time. and it went back until september of 2012. It was a good chunk of change the only thing was they didnt tax it at all. So am definatly going to have to set a portion aside for tax season this year.

My case (at VA for 141 days) was pending decision approval for almost two weeks when I logged on to ebenefits to check the status Nov 13th. It finally came up (problems with the system) and it was back to Gathering evidence. I freaked out and called my PEBLO who told me my ratings were in and they were sent that day! Still waiting on the PEB to release them (they have six days left according to IDES). My ebenefits still says Gathering Evidence with no explanation - not sure why.
I would definitely suggest getting a DAV rep to look into your case for you if it's been over 120 days. She found out mine had been in the wrong office and was just sitting there. They located it and sent ratings one week later.

Mine did the same thing, went from pending decision approval to gathering evidence. Also states seperation paperwork requested which my PEBLO says is the DD-214. My paperwork was done Monday, still waiting on the Army to receive it. This is an extremely nerve racking time, depending on my rating is whether or not I can go to be a Nurse; so everything as usual is on hold.
Mine has under review still as of June 6th. So ebenefits is no help for me.

I called Seattle DAV office and just like Anchorage offered me no help at all. The lady I talked to didn't even bother to take my SSN to look up anything, just kept giving me round about answers. Not sure what I am doing differently then everyone else.
call back and tell them that you need someone to look your stuff up in VTA. Why does it seem like no matter where you go it is impossible to get someone to do their job, not its even non-profits that are like this. I thought it was just the GS civilians that I work with...
For anyone that is paying attention to timelines, my Ebenefits went from Gathering evidence (evidence past due) on monday morning to Preparation for Decision (1100 Monday morning), Pending Decision Approval (Monday night), to Gathering Evidence - requested separation documents (this afternoon). I received my 2 week update call from my PEBLO's communication assistant and she informed me that my ratings are done (I already knew that monday morning via Seattle DAV) and that we are awaiting my 199. I wonder how long this will take seeing as how they didn't include my unfit PTSD in my DOD rating (I found this out through the DAV office) and if they will catch it and send it back. Sorry for all of the parenthesis, trying to get my thoughts out at one time dang ADHD
Ebenefits probably just went crazy form receving the updated information. Again I was told by DVA that until the PEB receives the information that there is NOTHING they can do for me. This whole process is so frustrating, I just want my proposed VA ratings.
What is VTA?
They know what to look they just choosing not to tell you, try again or call a different DAV office
So yet another call to the DAV in Anchorage, said the DAV can do nothing until I am discharged from the Army. They cannot look up ratings because the Army controls it and everything he said flies in the face of everything I have read here. He at least looked up my SSN, but said since they have no POA for me that I am completely out of luck.
