The holidays is what sucks for us... Why did we have to be going through this with all those days off.... It is all good brother. At least we are alive and making it out the door soon.
I guess we will find out... I honestly have no idea. I am just told that I should have my stuff before that date. I quit on trying to speed things up myself also. I have accepted that we are helpless. lol
I noticed your NLT date in your timeline...my PEBLO told me that the PEB has 6 months...They've had it for 132 days today...I hope yours comes back in 120!
This is exactly what my PEBLO sent me in a e-mail yesterday "Unfortunately, I have no update due to the snow storm in D. C. the PEB just reopened today but not all staff are back yet." Since some of you talked to the PEB this week apparently she is lying to me. @limbolife what number did you call, who did you speak with, and what were they able to tell you? Today marks 6 weeks since I have been in the post VA QA check by the board. Also, what is the 120 day limit you guys have been referring to?
Yea I saw your timeline. I didn't have anything else requested from me. To be honest my whole process has been quite smooth. I just hate waiting.
I don't work at the PEB, but I work at the Navy Yard. Although OPM is open with a 3 hour delay, parking is very limited and most commands are encouraging liberal leave and teleworking. Things probably won't return to normal until Monday.

PEBLO called me today. She said that the board is fully staffed again following the blizzard, but she did talk to the PEB to see why packages are being help up post VA for QA.
So...... she said that all of the packages that got held up originally during the "tech refresh", were pushed out relatively quickly after the glitches were sorted (since there was a backlog), and are now coming back from the VA much faster than expected and causing a huge bottleneck effect at Navy Yard. She told me that there are a lot of people help up right now waiting for findings but they are working as fast as they can to sort through them and get the findings out. the whole thing was exacerbated by the holidays of course.

so this 120 day deadline I speak of... My PEBLO said its how long the PEB has to give me my ratings. But from everything I have read it is just another guideline. So the PEBLO SAYS HEY don't bother me until your past 120 days basically.
Yea but every case is different, you had a lot of craziness happen according to your signature timeline. I'm sure once one of us gets out findings it will be a domino affect.
@jsancheziii I agree with you on that. its basically waiting on that first Domino to fall.
