She couldn't see it, but she said I'm 99% looking at TDLR. I'm okay with just the VA for now until I sign my findings.
 
@martines how long after they sent it to the VA did you get it back
 
My eBenefits just changed to "Pending Decision Approval". Hopefully that means I will be getting my findings for Christmas.

that make 2 of us im hoping to get mine back before Christmas also.
 
I forgot to say that on the 17th I also got an historical claim that says "Notification letter sent."
 
I'm not sure. I am out of town.

My PEBLO gave me my UNFIT notice on the 17th of December, my eBenefits still says it is still with the MEB, so hopefully the VA gets it on the first and gets me my ratings in less than 4 weeks. If so my timeline would be perfect.
 
All of my mail that was on hold got delivered on Saturday and the VA letter wasn't in there. Does anyone know where I can get that from before I get my findings from the PEB?
 
It had been hit or miss for me today.
 
I still haven't gotten anything from the VA and no answer from te PEB. I just talked to the VA and they confirmed that they sent my findings back to the PEB on December 17th. The last report my PEBLO has is from Dec 28th and says that at that time it was still with the VA. I just talked to the Navy's Wounded Warrior and they are going to try to track down my package and figure out what is going on. At least that company that gave me a job is still holding it for me. But since it is a licensing class I need to get there as soon as possible so I have a chance of getting caught up (a month behind already). The VA sent it back to the PEB 25 days ago and I have been in IDES for 284 days today.

Sorry to hear you're getting the same bs that I am. The va sent my package to the PEB on 12/09/2015. Still no findings. Peblo said that "any day now" I'll have them, but that's been for the last 2 weeks. She said that it has to be QA'd and signed by the president of the board before they send it back to the Peblos.
 
PEBLO told me that the report she got today (first in over 2 weeks) says it is at the QA stage. Hopefully this means that I am very close to my findings.
 
I am in the same boat as yall. the VA said they sent it back to MEB on the 23rd of Dec so I called my PEBLO and they said the VA still had it. LOL. why cant they all be on the same page instead of different answers from different people.
 
Today marks 300 days since I started IDES. The PEB has had my package back from the VA for QA for 41 days. Is it possible that they lost it or something? And if so is there a way for me to find out?

I don't think so man, just really slow. mine has been there for 46 days and still nothing. :(
 
I just heard from my PEBLO. The board had to shut down due to the snow in DC and they are just starting to come back in. No idea how much this will further delay things but its another delay.
