Well I'm still waiting on my memo I've now been waiting 3.5 weeks to get a memo written so yesterday I got a little ill and called the peblo which gave me the name of the doc so I called the doc who basically told me that NEW NARSOM's are going to come first then the CAD issues afterwards.........I was like wtf people are SUPPOSE to be working on the backup but I'll be damned if there aint some $%^whole that is doing whatever the hell they want!!!!! The congressman's office called as well and said that she received a letter from DOA and that they are trying to find the problem and that the next info we here will be a definite time line..... still wtf is the hold up? it take 2 mins to write a memo!!!

They are wrong, according to the new guidelines the SM's who were in hold status because the CAD issue are PRIORITY. Go to your IG office onpost and report them the issue, they will take care of the situation cause the MTF is violating your rights. Don't think it twice, take action soon as posible, good luck my friend

Are PEBLOs supposed to receive an email or something saying SM is on hold up for AD?
My PEBLO received nothing specific about my case. I got the confirmation from one of my contacts at PEB, but not from my PEBLO.

I cannot expect him to give me updates if he dont even have a confirmation on my hold up. I was supposed to get out in APRIL before landing into this sutpid AD shit.

Please help !!!

Your PEBLO should be checking the VA's VTA tracking tool as well as ePEB. If he/she doesn't do that everyday, they are slacking. It is the ePEB Worklist that will show a "Return to MTF" for the CAD issue. Your PEBLO is supposed to be proactive, not reactive. Just sounds like shenanigans to me. They can't go around saying nobody told me.

I dunno if this has already been mentioned but scanning 25 pages will take a while but my peblo just told me friday that meb,peb,va are making changes IE marking acute or chronic AD and also theres a certain paragraph that needs to be in the narsum or they kick it back thus prolonging everything anyone have any info on this certain paragraph or W/E would be great

I think it is bad that your PEBLO is just now telling you this. This has been the new norm for a while now. We are already back at pretty much normal ops here at my MTF, other than furlough, when it comes to the whole CAD issue. It really ticks me off that other MTF's and PEBLOs are acting like this is new and they are just now reacting to it. It's this kind of crap that gives the rest of us a bad name.

My peblo dosent really inform me much I call them more then they call me and I get info last minute, also the problems I bring up with the Meb I really don't get that my peblo fights for me even though I have substantial proof. Just seems like they support the Meb doc who dosent want to change anything for reasons unknown I'm just told to appeal, really grinds my gears thanks for the response peblo11

Just received an email from my peblo saying " it doesnt say anything about returning to MTF"...
Please tell me what to do next. This is super frustrating.

So apparently there is nothing that can be done about my stuff sitting on desks for weeks at a time...... I ve contacted literally everyone that is affiliated with it and no juice so I guess I m forced to be slave labor till my paperwork come thru..( its kind of like expendables 2, you know the guy is on the ground and another guy says he's hurt or something to that effect so they just shoot him (the guy on the ground) yea its like that around here either do it or they will find a way to pin a bad rap on you and then you'll get chaptered and you'll receive no compensation for anything they've done to you )

Did you try a congressional? I've done two and it creates a pretty big shit-storm but it got my case moving in both instances.

Because the information in it is added by your PEBLO. Your case was uploaded to the PEB in December 2012. Nothing has happened on it since that the PEBLO added, except for a minor update, hence the date last change made in May of this year. The reality of it is there is nothing for a PEBLO to add to the My MEB/PEB tabs until the PEB/VA do something and then it should be old news when you look because your PEBLO should be talking to you regularly.
Since we know the case was uploaded to the PEB, your PEBLO can easily check the Transaction History tab in ePEB. In that, he can see what has been done and exactly when. There is also a tab on that to print the results. Tell him you want a copy of that tab.

It sounds plausible to me. It's amazing what you can get accomplished when you start holding them accountable.

I'm hoping they get your memo done so they can present it to you and then upload it to the PEB. I wonder if your MTF/MEB has put together a memo that passes the criteria laid out by the PEB/OTSG? If not, maybe they should ask the PEB which MTF's memo they should use, rather than trying to reinvent the wheel. In any event, I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you.

So finally the waiting is over, my PEBLO called me today saying that my 199 is ready. I'm signing it tomorrow morning and hopefully I'll be starting terminal leave soon. Just want to say thank you so much for your help and everybody in the forum too.

I got my memo and signed it back on June 28th, my approval or what ever still hasn't come back from the PEB... is there any reason it should be taking so long?? Fairly sure I read in this thread that people were getting theirs back in about 12-14 days.
