Adjustment Disorder news

i was just informed that my case was sent to mental health to get some letter then it could get sent back WTH man i havent been to mental health since this started

I was given my NARSUM Addendum (the letter you mentioned) two days after I was told it went to Mental Health for review/write-up.

how long ago was that because they sent it to mental health on the 27th of June
 
I spoke with my PEBLO today and signed my memorandum for the PEB. I got a little bit of clarification too. In my particular case, my 199 is ready to go. The PEB was just waiting for this memorandum (stating that I concur with my CAD not rendering me unfit for duty) to be uploaded to the system before they do a final review of it and I'm allowed to sign it.

He said that he hopes the PEB will be done reviewing my case and I'll be able to sign my 199 at the end of the month, but no guarantees... He also said that he estimates I still have about 7-8 weeks, but then again that's what he said in February. At least it's progress.
 
So bad news I called my peblo today she led me to believe that she had sent my file to the MEB mental health person who rights the memo and so I filled in my COC and they said call that person so I did (just to keep tensions down) which the lady I spoke with was very professional and looked in to it then called me back, and said that my file hasn't been sent to her as my peblo led me to believe so now I guess I need to squeak even louder as now I believe that maybe my peblo may not be doing her job!!!

I m up for ideas of whom to harass now! I m hoping that my squeaking will cause a little ruckus and make them see something is delayed!!

Talk to her Lead PEBLO or the PEBLO supervisor. You asking for those people may be enough for your PEBLO to get her job done. If not, ask her supervisors to find out what the hold up is.

Im going to try tomorrow, I just don't want them to hold my case up BC Im pissing them off!

If you're on JBLM, or fall under their PEBLOs, I can give you the supervisor's phone number.
 
I know the PEBLOs are trying their best to help us but WHOEVER is in charge of this situation needs to be FIRED!!!...my PEBLO informed me that me and 2 others are still waiting for this memo to get to us so they can resend it back to the PEB WTH so I got to the final stages ready to sign my DA 199 and now im back at square one!!!!

If not, maybe they should ask the PEB which MTF's memo they should use, rather than trying to reinvent the wheel. In any event, I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you.

I talked to the lead Peblo today and guess what... They haven't done the memo yet, still stuck in this limbo. Thanks for your words tho

Don't despair too much. I'm in the same boat and my I expressed this very concern with my PEBLO. He told me that no, we're not back to square one, that the PEB is going to take a look at that memo that you're going to sign and just make sure the 199 looks right before releasing it to you. He also said that our cases have priority at the PEB and should take about 3 weeks 'till we see the 199.

He could be wrong, he usually is.

I'm trying to stay hopeful but I haven't even seen my memo yet and I see everyone else is getting theirs but this does bring some light to the subject

I've had a couple of my cases come back with their DA199's in as little as a week.
 
My husbands CAD came back as unfitting. He has never been hospitalized nor had any intensive out patient EBH therapy. His condition began upon hearing our son had been wounded dand paralyzed(who wouldnt have depression and anxiety?)..when it came in as unfitting it totally blew us away. Even our PEBLO didn't see it coming.
 
I've looked under my ako MEB/PEB tab and it now states under case status: case is under peblo review can anybody explain .....
