The DOD doesn't always follow the VA ratings for the unfitting condition. The VA rated my unfitting condition at 30%. This process has mentally drained me and my family Im done. I have no more fight left Im just looking forward to getting rid of this shit already. Gave 8 years to this gun club...

Yesterday when I got the call was 28 days when the PEB accepted my ratings. now the VA may have sent them on 25 Feb, but the PEB didn't accept them until 29 Feb. 2 more hours and I will get to review everything. Wheres the fast forward button haha.

Most defiantly the PEB sends the VA your unfit determination letter. But just know that you will have roughly a month after the VA sends the ratings back to the PEB for your findings to come in depending on your branch.

Luckily my MSC is awesome never stop helping and he is by the book to. It also helps that he use to be a rater for the VA so he's been very helpful with the entire process. But the Peblos have been the issue. I finally got a hold of the one that actually cares to help or give status updates...

congrats. I finally got ahold of my peblo and this one was cool he told me that the PEB accepted my ratings on 29 Feb vice 25 Feb so he said that he should be calling me next week I hope so.....

The original claim will stay open until your dd214 is submitted. The historical claim is the proposed rating. I still have my original claim open plus one more because the VA wants more stuff claimed haha. I guess I didn't do a good job originally.

It hasn't been fast at all compared to others. My ratings got put on pause because the va wanted me to get evaluated for my TBI. That appointment was made while they were rating my claims. And I am about to have a sleep study done which I don't know what that's going to do to my case...

It was gathering evidence since around November 5 when my package was accepted by the PEB, and I found out I was unfit from my MSC on 12 Jan when it was sent to the VA, and 25 Feb the VA sent my ratings back to the PEB. I also had about 13 claims....

I was found unfit 12 Jan.

Damn im sorry. Don't be in a rush though. The VA sent my ratings back a month ago and no call...... I tried calling and emailing the PEBLO and got no where.
