Initially they gave me 28 Dec, but I asked for extra time (overseas move and all) so it was changed to 28 January. I depart 16 Dec though with leave and the permissive TDY.

My orders were created 4 November, retirement date 28 Jan 2017. Now for the frantic out processing!

Did you use the chat on ebenefits?

I have seen at least one person say they got faxed proposed rating by using VA chat, however every time I have attempted to use eBenefits chat, I am informed that it is only for technical issues and registrations. Is there a different chat that I am missing somewhere? Thanks in advance.

Well today has been kind of a strange whirlwind... After the update this morning, eBenefits updated to Pending Decision Approval on the original claim a little later, and just now a historical claim showed up as Complete with Decision Notification Sent.
