Just sweet talked my PEBLO this morning and even though my findings aren't back yet from the PEB he was able to give me my preliminary ratings. I was rated 40% DoD and 50% VA. I should be getting a phone call anyday now. Hopefully this week.
Still no word from PEBLO. Not a good chance of trying to sweet talk him. I sent an email to my MSC, but I'm not holding my breath. I am really hoping that this is the week for my 199. Been in pending decision approval since the 13th. Every time the phone rings, my heart stops lol. Anyone got any new updates?

Does anyone know of a number you can call at the PEB or some one who can find out where the proposed ratings are? My proposed rating were supposedly sent out Feb 5th and I have yet to hear anything. My Ebennies is useless, it still says gathering of evidence and I am clearly passed that stage.
I called the VA to verify that they were actually done with my package first off. If they say they are ask when and where they sent it. It took a week from when the VA sent it and my MSC accepted it for action. They didn't give me a specific person but the Naval Yard in DC. Also a DAV rep can and should tell you where your package is. I am pretty sure they can only see VA, not DoD, items but my rep was able to verify all the information the VA gave me.

Medical Separation with severance…rating was expected.
Not expected. 100% VA. Rated a few of my condition considerable higher than expected. Found a few weeks ago what the VA proposed rating was and didn’t think it would stick through DC.
Took my package straight to the lawyer for review/advice. His opinion; It would be a HUGE stretch to get to 30% DoD.
I will let the numbers brew for a few days before I accept the findings. 95% sure I will accept as is.

Achilles issues. x3 surgeries later I am still having significant issues with it. Nothing else was found to be unfitting. Expected results after consulting DAV and a multitude of other references.

Hey, I have a question. I need to know which boxes to check on the 1180, findings of PEB. I want to fight one of the ratings in the dod and accept the VA and retirement. Which boxes do I check? The PEBLO is confused about what I am asking. I hope it is clearer to y'all.

I found out that my package was completed and sent to my PEBLO 3/11 and I didn't get it until 3/25. Accepted the ratings today.
