Well, my moved to Pending Decision Approval. Hoping for ratings soon.

I had a one day turn around and then went to gathering with a request for sep docs. Gonna call my PEBLO to try to see if they can see anything on their end but I know the end is near now!

176 is probably about right, some folks on here from April and March were anywhere from 140 to 250 days.

siestasundance, you on active duty? Where you stationed at? Just found out that another soldier here at my unit his e-bennies moved to preparation for decision, he has 17 total claims. He has only 70 days in to the rating process. I been hearing the same with others. I am starting to think its depending on location, I am two days shy of 70 with 1 unfit and 9 others claims (10). I'm here at Fort Drum, its moving pretty fast here.

Anyone else start their process in and around October of 2013? If so, please let me know what's going on with your packet. I'm trying to figure out why the VA hasn't touched mine since January of 14. Success or similar stories would be comforting.
Started OCT 28 officially, Ebenefits shows REQUESTING SEPARATION DOCUMENTS and AKO shows that my ratings were completed APR 29 However, PEBLO still saying she can't see anything in her system.

CelticBulldog,

If you don't mind answering how many claims did you have?

1 Unfitting (vasovagal syncope)
12 Total

I am also at Fort Drum.

Oh ok, I am starting to think it's Fort Drum entirely. You'll have your paperwork in no time than.

Reserve and they take a bit longer on us and I already had a VA rating (90%) prior to going into the MEB/PEB for the second time.. MEB at Ft. Gordon
3 unfit, 14 others

seems like your cases are moving a lot faster compared to those who were on here (this thread) earlier in the year

I hope so, I am ready to leave this place. Lol! I started mid Nov 2013

I had my initial VA appointments (physical/mental) at the state VA clinic in early December and I'm under the impression that the VA in Seattle not only received them, but sent my packet to the Ebennies phase "Evaluation of Evidence". It's been there since early January and nothing since then. I've been checking with my PEBLO every week too. No bueno.
No worries yet. That is normal so far. Took 5 months to get my proposed ratings the first time and this time looks like 6 months. You should expect movement july timeframe. But remember, some take longer than others. A long wait isnt a bad thing necessarily, might mean your case is complex.

I darn well hope you'll be seeing some results. My wife and I are really hoping/praying for movement in my claim soon, because we have a baby due in late August/early September. It's just a more complicated process than what it should be, ya know?
My wife and I have to agree with you, I'm praying to see some soon as well. I got accepted at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and would love to start classes the 29th of May. Not looking to good on the home front. I have been checking there output and must say I'm impressed they push out a ton of claims every week and who knows mine may be soon.
