Well my Peblo just called me my ratings are in I am going there now wish me luck and pray for me please.

Did you ever hear anything back. I had the same issue as you with the Puget Sound Review about a week after you. Hope your stuff comes back soon.

Still nothing. Past two weeks now since the Puget Sound stuff came back and I am still at 'Preparing For Decision.' Really frustrated. I have a GS-08 job lined up for when I get out and I was originally supposed to start on 04 May. My PEBLO said I should have been done by now back at the beginning of April. Here I am now at 200+ days and still nothing. If I loose this position I will be very upset. They were nice enough to push my start date back to 02 June, but I do not know if they will do that again.

630 days in the IDES pipeline and I have orders, will be getting my DD214 next month. Will be at 700+ days when I leave active duty. I'm glad to be putting all of this behind me, but will be nervous until my final day on AD that somebody will call and say something needs to be changed.

I believe that once a government section of employment offers you a job, they have to keep that spot for you. I'm not 100% on that, but I've been told that many times while looking for federal employment. If you can get into touch with them and get some closure on what I mentioned, you might not have to worry much at all. I'm hoping for the best for you!

700+ days in the IDES/MEB program? Dear God, that's a long time. What took the process so long for you?

A lot of things including modifications to my NARSUM following hospitalization, an IMR, a clerical error on my DA199 (took 3 months to correct), my packet being lost in transit, a FPEB, and a VARR. It has been a long haul.

Yeah, mine just moved to preparing for decision and I was hoping that was a good sign. If you are 2+ weeks without answer, I can only assume the same for me. It's irritating to see things finally move and then stall on ya.

Yesterday, I was at gathering of evidence, this morning it was at pending decision approval.
Called my PEBLO and the VA, both said there was an increase just havent seen the actual percentages.

Looks like the VARR might have worked.

Anyone else start their process in and around October of 2013? If so, please let me know what's going on with your packet. I'm trying to figure out why the VA hasn't touched mine since January of 14. Success or similar stories would be comforting.

Started September 9th. Still waiting on ratings since November .

My PEBLO said that the VA reported working on Nov-Dec cases right now. That was in a VTC that happened recently.

Makes sense, my Reconsideration went in early December. It was treated as a new claim. (Wasnt supposed to be though)

Only waited a total of 278 days on the VA!

If you don't mind me asking, what's your unfit conditions? and are the claims treated based on the conditions, time submitted, or both?

My case was submitted to them in October of 13. Does that mean that the VA should have already picked it up at the least? I just recently checked early last week with my PEBLO to see that they haven't even glanced at it since January. UGH.

What happened in January with your case?

Weak ankle s/p surgery and PTSD
I believe the claims are treated on both. Based off of what I get form the VA toll free the more complex the conditions the longer it will take. Then my PEBLO says its based off of time, since I was unfit in November my ratings should be "coming down the pipe"

I had my initial VA appointments (physical/mental) at the state VA clinic in early December and I'm under the impression that the VA in Seattle not only received them, but sent my packet to the Ebennies phase "Evaluation of Evidence". It's been there since early January and nothing since then. I've been checking with my PEBLO every week too. No bueno.

I darn well hope you'll be seeing some results. My wife and I are really hoping/praying for movement in my claim soon, because we have a baby due in late August/early September. It's just a more complicated process than what it should be, ya know?
