So my case was at 'Pending Notification' on ebenefits, then moved back to 'Gathering of Evidence.' My PEBLO said they needed to clarify with a doctor at the VA about my conditions, but they have to have an answer back in 15 days. Has anyone else had this happen to them? I am 185 days into the VA Rating phase. Here is what my page on ebenefits says:


Change of Status: We determined that your claim needed additional review. If additional evidence is needed from you, you will receive a letter from us explaining what is needed.


What Do We Still Need From Others?
This is a list of all items that have been requested from 3rd parties.

Also, is anything on ebenefits beside the claim page working for anyone? I am trying to view documents but I keep getting 500 errors.

Yes sir, I did. The good news is this means a rater is actually hands on your claim. For me this process only took one day. The DRAS used a local physician to review the information and make a determination. You are close. I am hopeful this will be a small delay, but a good signal you are almost at ratings.

PAD = Patient Administration Division. In this case, these seem to be the personnel who control and manage the PEB cases.
 
Anyone have a good # for the PAD @ JBLM? Called the 703# the lady there said JBLM is doing my 199.
 
Got it lady was very helpful..no attitude. 2539684435. Said I should have my 199 beginning of next week.

The Puget Sound thing is new. Anyone ever seen that?
 
So I have a CRSC question. If I am 50% TDRL and 100% VA what would my rate look like? 12 years active duty and all of my VA disability is combat related.
 
Good question. I am watching because I do not understand CRSC at all. The math for that confuses me.
 
Packet just sent to PEB on 11 April 2014, received unfit 16 April 2014. So whats next? PEBLO said 120+ days is the average for them here at Fort Hood. When do I receive proposed ratings? What can I do in the mean time to hurry my process? Legal is already planning on an appeal and held onto all my "new evidence" for my back for when the ratings return instead of sending it down with my packet.

I'm here at Hood and still waiting I think day 152 or so
 
My Peblo sent me this on Friday, Ive been waiting like 30 days for my 199.

"So I received a response from the PEB and I was told that DRAS completed your case but it was not sent back to the PEB. They are compiling a list of cases that were missed either to system issues or because they never sent them. So as of today still waiting for DRAS to push your case back to PEB. I will let you know more as soon as I hear again from the PEB."

Will this process never end!
 
No update on my end. Been almost two weeks since it was kicked backed from 'Pending Notification' to 'Gathering of Evidence.' And my PEBLO doesn't know what the Puget Sound In-House Review is.

There is a shit ton of information on this forum. I suggest you check it regularly and post throughout your IDES process. Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you got a long while to go. It can take any where from 90 days to 300 days for proposed ratings. After the ratings, then you still have to wait for 199. After 199, you still have to wait for orders. I suggest you just scroll through the threads on here and read a lot. All your questions can be found in the forums. Good luck!
 
I am sorry if this has been answered before here but I could not find post about it. Today my case went to "Gathering evidence" from "Preparing for decision" and it says They need " Requested separation documents.", Does that mean that they finally sent my rating to PEB or I am screwed and there is something missing in paperwork? Thank you. I have been waiting for percentages only for 124 days.

So, Guard here....I signed my 199 with proposed ratings (80% DoD, 90% VA, all combat related) about 2 months ago, just got retirement orders last week, but my ebenefits still show pending decision approval. How long does it take Seattle to finalize ratings?
I am talking to RSO thursday, and getting new ID card Friday. They already separated me from the Army and CAC card is not working..lol
 
I just checked the My MEB / PEB page and noted it now states the PEB findings are complete. Just awaiting the 199. I wonder how long my PEBLO will wait before contacting me?
