Talked to the PEBLO this morning and she has recieved my paperwork back from the VA she said that its still not in the DOD system yet but shouldnt take long and she is estimating for my 199 to be done by the end of next week. Wich will be perfect since i go on leave the week after for ten days. So by the time i get back i should have my orders cut and start clearing soon after.

I thought waiting would get easier as things started to actually move, it is actually getting harder to wait as it is down to the last few steps. I was sorely disappointed when MSC told me maybe 3 weeks for PEBLO to contact me for 199. 1 week down maybe 2 to go?

I just called my PEBLO and she is working on my paperwork, expects to email it to me this afternoon and do counseling via phone today...then if all is good off to TRANSPOC i guess?

Here is my timeline for Seattle VA (I am applying for increase in multiple ratings - FM, plantar fasciitis, hypertension, etc.).

Filed for Rating Increase using FDC option - April 14, 2013.
Filed 5103 Waiver (3 times) - August 2013, Sept 2013, Nov 2013
Asked DAV for assistance - December 2013
Gathering evidence phase is still incomplete as of March 14, 2014 (all the evidence I have has been submitted)
Filing for TDIU (sheltered employment) on Monday.

I've called the hotline numerous times - no help at all. DAV Seattle has been very helpful and I know that the train moves really slow here... Anyone else having issues with 11+ months of wait time?

Congrats! Still don't see how your claim is done before mine. lol They def do not rate them in order received.

From the looks of your timeline, they lost all of your information? Assuming you got out and then filed a claim? That would be the hold up since all of my records were military records and am on active duty.

Yeah but my file has been with a rater since beginning of month. Trust me, my case is jacked up. Thought it would be good now , seeing as how its with a rater. Oh well. I will just drink some water and drive on. Congrats though!

I hope to not be experiencing such a fake out from them as I will make their day a living nightmare. But then again it might turn out better for you in the long run.

my guess is that whoever did your ratings jacked something up and the approval authority sent it back for correction.

Who knows man. I about hadit and pretty much am throwing in the towel. If I get it I get it. If not , then whatever. Sick of worrying about it. Not gonna call or check ebennies until they contact me.

Indeed, congratulations on your recent receipt of IPEB findings inclusive of DoD and DoVA proposed ratings!

To that extent, upon your official acceptance of the DA Form 199 via payroll signature, enjoy your forthcoming military disability retirement to include all post-military endeavors!

Congrats I am Hoping to have mine done by the end of next week. I'm in no rush right now since I go on leave on the 23rd and won't be back until the second. I figure as long as my 199 is signed before I leave I should be showing up on transpoc around the time I get back. Two other guys in my unit got their ratings back about two weeks before I did and both of them showed up on transpoc about a week after signing their 199.

Good for you and good luck when you exit out and become a full time civilian. My ratings just went to "PREPARATION FOR NOTIFICATION" on ebennies which makes me very as well.

Nothing new in documents and unfortunately it just went back to PENDING DECISION APPROVAL on the status. arghhhhhh
