U can't do an iris inquiry. That's about it.
IRIS will give you the same generic answer as 1800
I can agree with that. My IRIS inquiry was the same as the 1800 number as well, the person even admitted that as well
Checked ebenefits at 1855hrs before i left work and nothing. Checked again after dinner at 2015hrs and my status has been changed to gathering of evidence request seperation documents. I cant wait to talk to the peblo tomorrow to see if my ratings changed at all from what the VSO told me they where a couple of weeks ago.

You can do an online IRIS inquiry but it won't tell you much more than what eBenefits says. I did one last week and they said they received my claim, received the required evidence, and are now reviewing it. Also, they couldn't tell me where it was or when it would be complete. The only useful information that was in it was that they are processing claims in the order they are received. Based off of other posts I've seen, that may not be true either.

My Dashboard changed 2 days ago, the expected step is the PEB with current step still being on the VA. eBenefits states that my brown envelope is on the way and my status has changed there. My stuff is in Seattle. Just curious.

Hmm, that's a load question at this point within the DoD IDES MEB/PEB process!
From my experiences within the DoD IDES process, it depends on the total amount of processing time from DoVA D-RAS to the PEB. The processing time for the PEB's receipt of the DoVA D-RAS proposed rating decision may take one day or it may take up to ten days.
That said, the exact duration time for the PEB's receipt of the DoVA D-RAS proposed rating decision is difficult to pin-point due to unforeseen internal and/or external factors in my opinion. Indeed, other PEB Forum member shall potentially provide their experiences on the subject for greater visibility.
Thus, I quite often comment that "possessing well-informed knowledge is truly a powerful equalizer."

Just when I get my fire and brimstone dug up and inventoried toward the VA & military these last couple days my claim has moved to preparation for decision today. I'm so that they made me have to put my fire & brimstone back into storage for use another time.

Talked to the PEBLO this morning and she has recieved my paperwork back from the VA she said that its still not in the DOD system yet but shouldnt take long and she is estimating for my 199 to be done by the end of next week. Wich will be perfect since i go on leave the week after for ten days. So by the time i get back i should have my orders cut and start clearing soon after.
You know what? This is getting confusing and amusing. Come to find out when the MEB was started where you list all your aliments for the MSC for the VA to look at for the MEB determination of what is unfitting, they actually opened a claim for that. Kinda crazy huh. They just prepared the decision, made the decision, and closed it our today!!!!!!!!!! Now guess what happen next?????? You guessed it the PEB ratings that were requested from November last year now shows up in my ebenefits timeline. The PEB ratings request is now as well in Preparation for decision now. SO in my estimation someone messed up royally and I'm being rated twice for the same thing. 
so for those waiting I might be the one holding up the line a bit as I know they are probably really confused now and have called an all stop as something just broke.

From my experiences within the DoD IDES process, unfortunately, I had to wait 47 calendar days for the official receipt of notification from the military RSO that my TRANSPOC-III message was completed. But, my wait for the TRANSPOC-III message include additional time due to the FPEB hearing rebuttal I submitted which had to be review by and FPEB then forward to HQ USAPDA.
Hopefully, receipt of your TRANSPOC-III message is forthcoming soon to the military RSO as I can't image that the "USAPDA review and SecArmy approval" process would potentially take a longer duration then mine.

They did same to me. Twice! I think it's cause we are reserves and the peblo and MSC really don't know how to handle us.
