I just checked my ebenefits and it finally changed today from gathering of evidence, where it has been for several months to prep for decision. What has this meant and from what I gathered I may get ratings in a week or 2? I hope so. I also hope that the va fixes the peb incorrect label of a condition epts which is completely false, I will win with rebuttal but hoping that it gets fixed before back to me.
 
So just a question if anyone can help I am at 161 days for ratings and 236 days overall now can anyone maybe give me an idea on how many more days. I am active duty and was found unit 23 Sep 13 1xunfit and 23 VA Claims. I was found unfit dor DDD of the lumbar sprine so that has to be servance pay correct.

Let your MSC know that you have an appeal. Cause your file is prob in DC. They will not rate you without your file. BVA will not release your file until b your appeal is done. Seattle has to create a temp file to work your Case. I still don't have my ratings. For all I know I might have to wait until my appeal is done. I been pending decision approval for month. I am thinking something is messed up. But I have a 2011 docket number at bva . so my appeal should be done this year. They are on 2011 dockets

Well my appeal is still sitting with my local office and hasn't made it yet at all toward the BVA. I wonder if that would make a difference?

We I didn't get my ratings till about 180+ days at VA. When I final out on the 12th which will be 286 days total. As someone that just went through what you are going through its sucks but there will be a end. My wife and I talked that if it is taking this long hopefully the out come will be in our favor and it was. Good luck and hang in there, soon it will be over!

If you dont mind me asking how many conditions did you have for the VA

I had one unfitting and 19 total. Percentages added up to 260% which gave me 100% VA.

May 30th 2013 I was found unfit. Now that I think about it I had more like 25-29 claimed issues.

It was about 257 days total for my 199. 286 wil be total time when I final out on the 12th.

50% DOD and 100% VA. Adding everything up it is 260%. Now with the "VA" math how the VA added it up was around 98 which rounds up to 100%.
 
Would be surprised if you got you 199 at the end of the month. 257 days is total at the VA was 186-188days. Like they say all cases are different.

Whoa, I was rated at DoD 70% & VA 90%. I haven't sign my 199 yet and don't know if is TDRB or PDRB.

March 25 is 183 days so hopefully something will come in

That's good that you know your ratings condradulations. Shouldn't be long before you get your 199. I found out On a Friday and signed my 199 a week later.
