Well my Peblo called me this morning to tell me my ratings. Army was 80% VA was 80%. I'm pretty happy with the results and now I'm just waiting to sign my 199.

6 total / 2 unfitting

You have a much smaller case than most, hopefully it will not take too long with a > 30% DOD outcome.

Just keep tabs on any changes in ebunnies and keep us posted during process.

My unfit memo was sent Jan 9th, but my other claimed conditions(18) is already closed out, just waiting for them to pick up and rate the 3 unfit conditions, I'm still in the wait, wait, wait status, "UNDER REVIEW"

Yes there were many fist pumps! It's crazy how last week I was thinking the VA is never going to get to my stuff and then a few days later my Peblo is calling me to give me my ratings. Hopefully I will be out of here shortly!

Under Compensation and Pension Claim Status I have a "Open Claim" and a "Historical Claims" tab.
My open Claims is my 3 unfit conditions and the other claimed conditions are under the Historical Claim tab and closed and complete.

I was previously awarded my other claimed conditions, because I'm Army Reserve, I came off from Active Duty/WTU back in 2007.

As a reserve I believe u get VA pay right away.

I hope and I have been praying that it is not TDRL outcome.

I also turned in a letter from the VA Psyc. DR. and he wrote "he has been under my care since 2008 for treatment of PTSD, Depression and Anxiety and anticipate that these diagnosis will likely require treatment for an indefinite period of time."

Six years of treatment for BH with a rating at 50%, hopefully this defines there definition of permanent but I'm far from being stable, the last C&P from Oct2013 show signs of increased severity of my mental health problems, it will only get worse if they keep in a TDRL status.

Indeed, I hope and pray for you also since there is always an opportunity as the designation of PTSD criteria is based upon medical symptomatology from my experiences!

As such, I know of at least 7 or 8 (can't recall for sure the exact number) PEB Forum members who were successful to obtain an IPEB PDRL adjudication for a PTSD medical condition.

To that extent, the aforementioned PEB Forum member's DoD ratings were either 50%, 70% or 100% if I recall accurately; therefore, hope still exist in my opinion for sure! ;)

Thus, I quite often comment that "possessing well-informed knowledge is truly a powerful equalizer."

Best Wishes!

Thank you, I often pray in general for all the folks who are on this forum and going through this stressful process.

I was already receiving VA pay prior to this MEB/PEB process, I'm not sure when a Reserve/Guard member will get VA pay in the DOD IDES process.
Yeah I talked to one guy who went through the IDES as reservist He told me that as soon as he got his ratings he started receiving his pay the very next month.

I had 1 unfitting condition with 6 total claims. According to the IDES Dashboard and my PEBLO, the VA got my packet December 18. Ebennies shows the claim start date as October 23 and that with my requested documents were received on November 27. Which date should I forecast from? I'm thinking I should be close!

woohoo just hit day 140 waiting on VA %s.

Ok, that is good to know, because my other claimed conditions closed out a couple months ago and no changes in my amount, and the yearly letter mailed showed that my "last change to my current award was 01Jan14"

Probably the later of the dates, starting on Dec 18 if that is when your unfit memo went up.

Everyone's case is different and just in the last couple weeks it ranges from folks getting ratings back in a few months up to 300 days, sometimes more.

Does anyone have a average time it takes for the VA to send your ratings back to your PEBLO. My Ebenefits changed to pending decision approval on feb 19th and when i called they said my ratings where done and just waiting to be sent back. I even got a copy of my ratings from my VSO. Its just taking for ever it seems like to get the ratings back to my PEBLO
