I've been stuck in "Pending decision approval" since 04FEB2014 now, it's killing me.

today my ebenefits went to "gathering evidence" "requested separation documents" Based on the previous comments, I assume this is done. I am at 130 days since my unfit memo was sent.

I see alot of people are getting their ratings between 100-130 days i am hoping my get back really soon i am ready to be done with this. My claim has been at the va for 107 days so i am really hoping anyday now. And to everybody who has gotten their ratings back recently congratulations.

I was right around 190 days at the VA, the wait was horrible but worth it in the end.

Indeed, as such, those who have patience shall definitely see the light at the end of the tunnel for sure in my opinion!

Thus, I quite often comment that "possessing well-informed knowledge is truly a powerful equalizer."

Yeah it's be a trying time to say the least. Now that it is near the end it was worth it knowing that my family and I are being taken care of. I just need time to heal and move on.

The timelines this year are insane 150 or so days compared to the 60 days I waited back n 2012-2013

I told my PEBLO to expect the DA199 and to give me a call the minute it arrives. I'm going to drive up immediately. Calling my DAV rep to see if I can find out the proposed ratings.

DAV just told me my proposed rating is 100%; DoD should be the same since the manual has my condition listed at 100%. Hoping DA 199 comes quickly.

Congratulations on your ratings. I am in the same boat waiting on my 199. I hope this is soon can't get a straight answer from anyone one working on my case when I should expect my 199. I know my ratings were done on the 6th. Having proposed ratings makes me nervous every keeps telling me that they could change.

I understand your concern, but I don't think they change all that frequently unless there are major discrepancies. I'm going to try and do my CIF this week and next week and finish up my ACAP capstone. Not sure what else I can to prep before receiving clearing papers.

you should be very close if you went into pending decision approval on 29 Jan.

Day 117… Nothing!! Also just found out the WTU is closing here and have been waiting on CBWTU packet status for 90+ days and nobody can tell me anything about what is happening!!! UGH!!!
