I just got off the phone with DFAS as well and was now told they are backed up and that my review could take 90 days. Last week I was told 60 days, three weeks prior to that I was told 30 days. I'm over this crap and I give up with this process. I am already over 150 days and if the 90 days stays true, I'll be over double the 120 day time frame they claim it is supposed to take. I asked why and was given the million dollar answer that all she can tell me is that it could be another 90 days. When asked why the multiple changes in time frames I was told that the last two people I spoke to must not have known what they were talking about or weren't aware of the 90 day window.

I understand. It has been a frustrating last month. I don’t know any other way but calling and hoping they move it along. They told me that I wud have to wait another 120 days. I had to remain calm when asking them wtf? It’s also frustrating to see others get their audit pass and your still waiting. The thing I did was ask for a tier 2 rep each time I called. Or call at 8am and u get an answer faster.
 
As of this afternoon (12pm EST) USAA shows no deposit of CRSC Retro Payment. As stated before I thought since USAA pays a day early and Monday being a Federal Holiday that I may see it in my account today. Not the case here I guess.
 
If the pay was on a Monday. I typically got my money either Friday Night, or Monday Night. Its hard to tell
 
I know the statement states the 21st. Just hoping it would have been today. Again the day is not over yet.
