IDES and VA back pay

concernedsoldier, my ebenefits still says pending decision approval. I was medically retired on monday, and I have my %s. I dont trust the website. USMCgeorge you should have your %s mailed to you in the next few weeks. Also if you call the 1800# and get someone who is nice, they will either fax you your ratings or tell you over the phone. I was put on perm disability retirement March 21,2013. I was given 50% Army and proposed 70% VA with TBI and PTSD deferred. Ebenefits has my claim as complete Feb 2013. I have been calling VA to find out final rating and keep getting told they are behind and just be patient, when they get it I will see it on ebenefits. I have wrote Seattle office to inquire about the status and have received no response. I called VA again today and was told that I haven't recieved any information because my claim was cancelled in FEB. I don't understand how this could be, IDES gave me the proposed percentage and now it is cancelled? VA told me they are inquiring as to the situation but I will just have to wait for a response. Any idea of what I can do to solve this issue?
