@Sekrets I received my preliminary findings from iPEB today. Dated March 30th, PEBLO told me twice between then and now that I had no updates. Even when they complain stay on top of them or it will drag out.
@ctbenja1015 alright good to know. Thank you for the advice. I just finished all my c&p exams and my MSC told me she also sent in a pdf with my packet of picture evidence to the deformity from my injury.. Time to see what happens next.
On Thursday ebenefits changed to Preparation for Notification with estimated completion date 4/21-4/22. Then on Friday it changed estimated completion date back to 4/23-4/24.
VA claim finished. All ratings remained the same, 2 additional 10% for L&R shoulder arthritis, and a 0% for surgical scars. Still 100% P&T should be 70-80% DoD and will apply for CRSC at 70%.

That's awesome man, our timelines are pretty similar except for receiving ratings. My ebenefits hasn't changed from gathering evidence throughout the process. The only update I got was from my PEBLO telling me that the group assigned at the VA to process my ratings signed for my packet on April 19th. I'm hoping I'm not too far behind you.

Congratulations! I feel like everybody is flying past me now haha. I am still waiting on a call for my narsum.. although my ebenefits status changed to "requested documentation past due" bu it says it's missing from others and not me.. still concerned.. asked my interim peblo since mine is off training for the next few days and he responded "I don't know".

Ctbenja1015, what exactly was your condition that you were found unfit for with your back and what did DoD rate you at just for your back? The reason I ask is cause I have the same two conditions that you have and got refereed for a MED Board out of Fort Gordon last week.
Was found unfit for PTSD 70% and 10% Post ACDF Surgery C5/C6. Had three herniated discs in neck with Spinal Stenosis at C5/C6, been called everything from neck pain to stenosis, how they write it up depends on the VA Rating. I am just sitting around waiting on orders, then flying to LA to my Unit or driving to Fort Gordon to turn in Gear.
