Still waiting...Heard for my PEBLO again Fri..(She calls me every week)..She stated the issue I read about with the system down at FSH. Hopes my case will be complete before the Holidays. Still not sure if I was found unfit or not. We assume I was found unfit since my claim is in the rating phase??
Current ETS (after 3 Extensions): Jan 14 2012,

Update... PEBLO called me again, Found in her system another area that shows I was found unfit on Sep 19 2012.
Says they are going crazy at FSH, classes and meetings. She states that she is unable to send any new claims forward to FSH until the system is up. Sure glad mine made it there before it went down. She says that that Seattle (VA) could finish it but they could not send their findings back to the DOD (FSH) until its back on line. So glad I have a great PEBLO, she calls me at least once a week on Fridays to keep me posted. Suprised to get a Monday call today!!:)

I took my paperwork to transition and they said it should be about 2 or 3 weeks before I hear anything from them. The only hold up is the 199 has to be sent back to the PEB and we all know the story about the system so.....almost finished, hopefully the system was still working to upload my 199.

My Claim #2 is the Prep for Decision phase on E-bebfits with a Completion date that just changed to 28 Oct 2012 - 12 Dec 2012. I was told I was found unfit, but that was not a surprise. Utah who did you speak with at PEB and what number did you call? I received my proposed ratings 22 AUG 12 and sent back to PEB. My PEBLO says no ratings where done yet, but here I sit holding them in black and white. I think I just have a bad PEBLO. I need to see if my ratings have been adjudicated. Any help or guidance would be great. Thanks in advance.

SSG C...I called everyone of these #'s until someone answered or would help me out. I spoke with an annoyed SGT on Mon afternoon, called back on Tues morning and spoke with a very helpful SFC, didn't get a name, but he was helpful and called me back within 10 minutes. The number I called was 210-221-9027.

Still hearing nothing but crickets here in Virginia......:(

Got to love Ft. Gordon. I just recieved an email telling me I am required to do a Mandatory Legal Briefing vis tele-conference. That if I do not do it they will not do anything or exams till I do. Only problem is... I did the legal brief in March at Ft Gordon when I went for Exams. Wrote the girl back asked her what the deal is. She said if you already done it here just disregard. Just another event to give us more pause and assurance that the process is out of control.

Also still waiting...

I also got the Mandatory Legal Briefing vis tele-conference email today from FT Gordon.

Yesterday afternoon... Ebenfits status changed from Pending Decision Approval back to Review of evidence stage. Made me sick to see that and of course the PEBLO is clueless and VA does not ansewr the phone. This morning I get on there to check and I see.. Open claims information not available at this time. Like walking in sand.. I hate this process with a passion.

Well just got on Ebebfits again and it now shows Claim Complete as of 5 Nov 2012. THANK GOD!
