Hello everyone and thanks in advance. I'm 100% PnT and have just applied for expedited SSDI. Wondering if anyone knows the time frame for expedited SSDI? And do all SSDI applications require an in court hearing? First time applying.

About 50% get approved at the hearing level I think maybe 30% get approved at the initial application stage, vets under the 100% expedited program have an approval rate of 70%. SSA claims the ones that get denied claim their is no proof to even support the veterans 100% rating so thats why they deny their claims.

Are you P&T if yes I believe its automatic but you could call to verify.
If your va.gov account is set up its under benefit letters it will say yes or no if you are permanently disabled or not.
Yes you will be re evaluated. Make sure you keep seeing your doctors and keep medical documentation.
If applying over the phone, you have to mention it to them and they will route it that way. But even if you don't, they'll know it once they are gathering your medical records. One of the places you'll give them access to should be the VA records. Dont worry, if you are PnT, they'll know it and will automatically be expedited. You could also call SS and mention it to them. They'll look up your application.
