EPR Coming Due During MEB

I've been on no points/no pay for a year awaiting the results of my MEB and have an EPR due. I haven't been able to participate for a year and have a failing PT test because my profile wasn't done correctly during most of the reporting period. No doubt my EPR won't be stellar. Should my EPR be postponed until I can return to duty?

Are there any regs that cover this?

not sure of a reg but my my EPr was just due and I was marked down due to my limitations and do not arm status. Guess, doesn't really matter since I've been found unfit. It's more the principle of it ring marked down that pissed me off.
