Hello, I just read one of your posts that said, "I just got permanent retirement with 30% for UC”.
I'm at the 14 yr point right now. What determines separation vs. retirement? Time in service? Or how bad the condition is? I keep seeing only 10% for UC so yours got my attention. I've heard you have to have 30% to get a retirement? Are there any regs that spell this all out?
