So I received the following message from the PDBR office. Can anyone tell me what it means? Thanks!

Message received:

Sir,

Your case was adjudicated and our recommendation was sent to the Army for their final action. The Army will contact you via letter with their final decision. Unfortunately, we cannot discuss your case.

With our utmost respect,

Physical Disability Board of Review

You are in the final stage!!! Basically, the PDBR Board have already reviewed your case and submitted their recommendations to the Army and it's the Army decision to accept or reject the board recommendations. Once the Army make their decision they will notified you in writing.

I found the below question online at the following link: http://www.health.mil/Military-Heal...Physical-Disability-Board-of-Review/PDBR-FAQs

How will I be notified about the decision of the Physical Disability Board of Review?

A:
The secretary of the military department concerned, or the designated decision authority, will notify the applicant of the final decision and the consequences if the rating is changed including the effect upon benefits. The applicant’s Service BCMR/BCNR, the VA, and Defense Finance and Accounting Servicer (DFAS), or in the case of the Coast Guard, the Pay and Personnel Center, will be responsible for correcting the military and finance records or adjustment of other benefits where appropriate.

Thanks, just found out that my case has just been adjudicated as well. Now I'm curious how long will it take for the admin review and approval.

well they said it was recently sent to the Army...now just trying to get in touch with someone to check the status.
I just got off of the phone with someone from PDBR (855-793-3372) and she said my case was completed and closed in January 2016! She said a package was sent out to me at my old address, but I never received it! I'm wondering if something in the package that I was supposed to fill out to receive any retro or retirement pay or if it was just completed and no change took place! Now I have to wait for another package to be sent out in 14-21 days to determine what in the world is going on! I called DFAS (800-321-1080) and they said they don't even have me in the system, so this makes me very nervous!

Praying that everything is A ok.... I would think since this is an sensitive matter they would have other measures in place in case something like this happens and your probably not the first.

Elmer also check out the link that I sent yesterday that shows all the cases completed yours may be in there if so let us know that way we at least know that's the correct link for the completed cases... Thanks .....here it is http://boards.law.af.mil/ARMY_DRB_CY2014.htm

One more quick question, Is there a way to determine the case number based off of the PD - 2*** - 01** number from the PDBR?

I was wondering the same thing, I'm not sure.

The PDBR Board Cases are back online: http://boards.law.af.mil/AF_PDBR.htm

There is one catch if you go the main screen that lists all branches board and then click on Air Force, it will not let you in a message will appear stating it's down due to an audit. The link above should provide you with all folders under the PBDR.
Unfortunately, my case is not there.... the last update was today. Let me know, if you hae any problems.

The Air Force PDBR is back online! A ton of new claims have been uploaded.

Once you can find yours there it will show you the branch specific number for your case. So you have the PDBR file number, but will have a separate branch number to check on the website under your branch.

Mine was adjudicated November of last year and I am STILL waiting on notification. Because the PDBR website went down for review I have been unable to see my outcome. Until today. It is there and I got it! The Army better not screw me over! Don't give up folks. Don't lose hope. You can win! Now just to get my orders and figure out my back pay.

I was told by PDBR that my case was adjudicated and sent to the army, but when I look on the site (http://boards.law.af.mil/AF_PDBR.htm) my case is not there. I was told by the army that my case was complete and closed! I have no clue on how I can find out any information other than wait for a new package to be sent to me.

They didn't tell you over the phone? They told me over the phone yesterday what I was getting.

She mentioned that I got an increase, but i would not receive any money. It took me talking to them for 2 days to get that information. They continued to tell me that they couldn't tell me anything over the phone and i needed to wait for my package to come to see the findings. I don't know what the heck is going on!
