Update time.
Alright, first the good news. Had an appt with my PCM and talked to him about the changes. He is going to add some things to the job impact section based on my inability to currently work in my career field and the fact I've been assigned to an admin job outside my shop.
Secondly, when I started talking about Anxiety it went from helpful and cordial to a bit tense of an issue, he re-iterated that I was not being boarded for my Anxiety and I think he thought I was trying to sneak something by him. I told him I was just confused about the process moving forward and I wanted to know what I needed to do to get a MH NARSUM addendum completed by my MH doc as they don't agree that it's a boardable condition. He told me that when my package went to the SGH after the board that the SGH would review it and go from there.
I went home and proceeded to flip out a little bit. Now that I've calmed down a bit I am trying to formulate an action plan moving forward. The patient advocate told me to let him know how the meeting with my PCM went, I think at this point I'm going to write up a letter detailing the various regulations that state that my mental health issues need to be addressed and requesting the patient advocate help me ascertain why this has not happened and why they keep running from it. Based on the conversation I had with him before there is a good chance that I may be sitting down with the SGH to talk this out, we'll see how tomorrow plays out. I'm writing up a copy of the letter now, will post it for your guys thoughts shortly.
