27DEC22: Sent application for CRSC
03JAN23: Received letter mentioning missing signature
04JAN23: Resent email packet Signed and with retirement dd214 and 199
20JAN23: Checked on status of packet and was told it was forwarded to the proper office.
08MAR23: Contacted HRC application is still in the Que and no update available. Effective date of filing is 22JAN23
12APR23: CRSC approved at 20% effective FEB 2017 (6 year limit) and forwarded to DFAS.
20APR23: DFAS mypay indicated amount of monthly payment.
25APR23: Contacted DFAS on the phone to ensure that Audit is initiated for back pay.
01MAY23: First monthly payment of CRSC

01JUN23 Received Monthly CRSC Pay 323.27
12JUN23 Spoke to DFAS multiple times and they informed me back pay was just waiting on approval.
13JUN23 DFAS VA Retro Rep started inquiry on back pay. Also advised me to speak to the VA about back pay.
15JUN23 CRSC Backpay statement posted to MYPAY account under CRSC PAY
17JUN23 Received Back Pay in my account.
07JUL23 Submitted reconsideration for PTSD
29AUG23 Was told they never received the reconsideration. Apparently because they can only get files that are less than 10MB per email.
30AUG23 Sent all documents in separate emails to avoid 10MB limit.
31AUG23 Confirmed Receipt by CRSC Analyst.
07SEP23 VA SC increased to 100% P & T based on 50&30% Pact Act sinus condition.
OCT NOV DEC 2023 Calls for status told all 3 times it was processing.
17JAN2024 Told it was still processing, got to a supervisor and they said CRSC would call me back.
18JAN2024 Missed call from CRSC, will reach out again.
