Sitting pretty on TDRL currently. VA opened up a claim for PTSD reeval and 30 days later I went through CP exam which was favorable. Now I am informed via VA tracker extension my claim is sitting in National Queue temporary jurisdiction with the RO of the place I retired from being normal...

Has anyone else got this sort of letter stating their case will be expedited and not meet the deadline? If so how many months over until you got your decision?

If I file for a cliam while I'm still in the service(active duty) is it based on when my symptoms started, or when I filed the cliam? Because those dates are pretty different. Thanks to all!
