Got it. Yeah IAW my PEBLO both DOD and VA are non taxable due to the unfit injury being combat related. However, I still see a better outcome for the future of PDRL to stick with VA rather than to keep 70% DOD. Thanks a lot your infor. was greatly usefull.

Tony, Mine did the same thing. I spoke to my MSC and he informed me that when the IPEB sends the VA the SM's packet they have to resubmit a new claim in order to initiate proposed ratings. Understand that does not mean that the time frame for your proposed ratings is going to take any longer...
