    Unfit separation AFI

I don't know the reg but I don't think they can make you sale back your leave if you want to use it. My terminal starts next week. I had 70 days of leave plus the 20 PTDY for 90 days total. Make sure AFPC and your PEBLO know you don't want to sale your leave. Your shirt is mistaken.

Question about MEB/medical retirement... Kidney Cancer

Does the fact that you only have one kidney now make you unfit for duty? If the Air Force says so, then they will apply the VA disability percentage for it. Call the office of the Airmans Counsel once your MEB is initiated. They are the AF lawyers who help out Airmen going through an MEB...

    Andrews AFB Timeline

Thanks for the reply Mike. My PEBLO told me to expect 6-9 months for results to come back. I think she is just being ultra conservative. My MEB attorney said more like 3-6 months.

    Referred Condition Question

I was referred to the MEB for a Vetebral Artery Dissection.......the dissection caused multiple strokes and now I have a weak arm and a weak leg and constant headaches. Would all all of those conditions be considered as residuals to the referred condition? I'm assuming they would be unfitting...

    DOD Rating Question

I have a question regarding a DOD Rating. I suffered a torn vertebral artery while deployed. That led to multiple strokes. The results of the strokes are a weak arm\leg (frequent falls and drop stuff), anxiety, migraines, and tinnitus/hearing loss in one ear. I have also been diagnosed with...

Is there more then One NARSUM?

Is there more then One NARSUM? I'm being told that my MEB won't start until my NARSUM is completed and my Commander's Impact Statement is completed. However, I've also read that the NARSUM is completed after VA appts. My NARSUM was just completed, however I've not had any VA appts. What am I...

Has anyone used DAV during an MEB

I was wondering if anyone here has used the DAV (Disabled American Veterens) to help with the VA paperwork during an MEB. It costs a couple hundred bucks to join and I was wondering if it was worth it.

Question regarding Disability % from and MEB

Thanks for the head ache info. I'm not sure what differentiates a headache from a migraine. I just know they hurt like hell and I never had headaches before my stroke. Also, they sent to behaviorial health psychology.....I'm assuming it is for that adjustment issue you mentioned. My ear has...
