I have a question regarding a DOD Rating. I suffered a torn vertebral artery while deployed. That led to multiple strokes. The results of the strokes are a weak arm\leg (frequent falls and drop stuff), anxiety, migraines, and tinnitus/hearing loss in one ear. Will this be rated individually or all together? My MEB is just starting and I'm hoping to at least reach the 30% level. Thanks!

Air Force,
Are you on active duty or a reserve component soldier? For all your conditions did they occur while on active duty? If your on Active Duty and diagnosed with OSA by 38 CFR you will get a VA Rating 50% with CPAP. For your other conditions I would have to get my book at to look at your ratings. Did you get assistance from a VSO or just letting your MSC help you out? If you like you can contact me direct with questions and answers.
