I am at 205 days waiting on ratings. I claimed 7 conditions, 2 unfitting. I was told by someone last week at the PEB that the VA's priority right now is cases over 180 days. Just FYI

This is all it said: "The current effort is to work cases that are 180 days or older. This case falls into this category and will be worked as soon as possible." I would assume just IDES since that came from the PEB

I got my PEBLO to contact the PEB on Friday and they told us that the priority right now is cases over 180 days. So anyone in that group should see something relatively soon

I talked to the VA Friday and got a guy who actually explained everything to me and went through my whole file and basically the IRIS query was wrong and so were the other people i talked too. When getting a medical discharge through the IDES what do they do about bonuses? Do you have to pay back the amount you have received? Do they just not pay you the rest you are owed? Do they still pay you since they are service connected?

So it appears that my packet is at the Baltimore VA for ratings. Called the VA and they said they have all the information they need. I'm around 105 days waiting on ratings. Does anyone have an idea on their timelines?
