What career field? A lot of times, a civilian counterpart job has nothing to do with the Military unless its a GS or contract position. I am medical, got a Clinic Manager job on the outside, and I had to pull that card.

I am also in Voc Rehab. They were able to provide me a new printer/laptop, they paid for my Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification and also finished paying for the second half of my Master's degree. Voc. Rehab has been amazing!

No way, my MSC was completely worthless compared to my PEBLO. The MSC's aren't allowed to tell you anything. Mine wouldn't at all and said that's the PEBLO's job. I have been waiting for my ratings for 120 days post getting my unfit notification.

It all depends on the case, how many unfitting and fitting conditions did you claim. If you claimed a lot, expect a timeline that is later, if you claimed a few, then expect a quicker turnaround. Everyone's case has been completely different in the last year I have been on this site.
