VA compensation complete, so how long to hear back from the DOD?

I just saw on E-Benefits that my VA compensation claim is closed as of 3/7/16. When do you typically hear from the DOD/AFPC after the VA portion is closed? My MEB package was submitted on 26 January.

It's been a month for me and still nothing, but others on here are getting ratings after 4-5 weeks. Of course your timeline could differ.

From the time I saw mine close out on eBenefits, I heard something back from my PEBLO in about 2 weeks.

80+ days for me

I am 89 days+ since my MEB was complete. Still nothing changed on EBENEFITS and nothing from PEBLO.

My package was submitted on January 28th! That seems very fast for the VA to be done with it from what I've read, so that's awesome. It gives me some hope. All I know is that my package is with the VA now, but they haven't updated anything on Ebenefits yet. It still says "gathering of evidence" and "requested documents are past due". Just wondering if anyone on here has submitted around the same time frame and had it go quickly through the process with the VA as well? My PEBLO office confirmed that it's with the VA and I talked with someone from the VA via the chat option on Ebenefits, they also confirmed that they had received everything. So now I wait. Anyone out there have any good info on how long it normally stays with the VA before going back to the PEB? I've tried searching the forums a little, but it's hit or miss and everyone seems to have a slightly different timeline. Thanks everyone and good luck to all awaiting word! :)

@Malpal200415 I am attaching the timeline which what my research has shown so far is the same general timeline for Navy, Marines and Air Force. If you notice the calender days on the bottom, that is total time for the processes to be completed. This is why everybody has different timelines from start to finish. Some people are lucky and get through the whole process in 2-4 months. I'm one of those that it took almost the full time. My PEBLO didn't contact me until the day before Thanksgiving break to let me know we would talk the next week. So to answer your question, it could be another 2 months or less till you get your findings. Ebenefits is usually updated after you accepted your findings and the VA gets your DD214 (Although some have had Ebenefits updated sooner).

May 2015: MEB
Jun 2015: C&P Exams
Jul 2015: Signed NARSUM
Nov 2015: PEB Findings Received 30% DOD 90% VA TDRL
Dec 2015: Did not accept findings, requested Formal Board
Jan 2016: Given date of Formal Board FEB 2, 2016
Jan 2016: Called by Attorney who submitted a package prior to actual Formal Board
Feb 2016: Day before Feb 1st board accepted package, accepted new findings 80% DOD PDRL
Mar 2016: Signed DD214 on Terminal Leave

From what I'm gathering it depends on how much your claiming, other than what you went on the MEB/PEB for. Mine has been sitting with the VA since sept 23 and just started moving from gathering evidence last week.

Anyone know how long the pre-va-Qa takes?thats the process I'm in-I have not been found unfit or fit yet?

It all depends on the case, how many unfitting and fitting conditions did you claim. If you claimed a lot, expect a timeline that is later, if you claimed a few, then expect a quicker turnaround. Everyone's case has been completely different in the last year I have been on this site.

I only claimed 4 things(Left knee, Right knee, Severe Arthritis,an right shoulder, I'm hoping my unfit/fit comes back to me Monday when I call
