Lulu, if you call the VA (yeah, i know, it takes forever. just use their callback service) and tell them that your dog ate your mail and you cant read it and you would like your info faxed. I know two different people that have done this with great success! (borat voice)

No. Basically, the VA has made a decision on what your ratings will be. Now they have to send those proposed ratings through their chain of command (so-to-say) and get them approved. :-) Not long now!

I was getting the same treatment. So I called the IPEB directly. They are very friendly people. Just inform them that you are having a difficult time getting in touch with your PEBLO and ask them if they can give you any sort of update.

Im still waiting on my unfit memo. I actually called the Naval Yard two days ago and spoke with a LtCmdr about my case. He told me that he has about 300 cases on his desk right now, but he goes through a case in about 30-45 minutes. He told me that it could be tomorrow, or it could be 3 weeks...
