I just went through the briefing for this, the VA representative said it takes 32 individual 10% conditions to reach VA 100% rating. Its all screwey.

    Begining the Process

Filing with the VA is all a part of the IDES process now. If you are undergoing an IDES MEB/PEB, you will have proposed VA ratings before you are medically retired.

    When does the harrassment end?

Questions regarding the Guard An PTSD

While on TDRL you'll be retired. As far as TIS, I think that will only help compute to what your base pay is. For whether it is a % of your drill or active duty, That I don't know, sorry.

    ptsd rating

The GAF score will come out of your VA BH meeting. You probably won't be able to catch a glimpse of it until your NARSUM comes back and your PEBLO puts your packet together to send to IPEB.

    ptsd rating

50% TDRL means you will be compensated 50% of your base pay and placed on the Temporary Disabled Retirement List. after a set amount of time, you get re-evaluated by the VA and then a decision is made based on the stabilty of your disability. You'll either get and increase or decrease in %...

Questions regarding the Guard An PTSD

PTSD comes out to 50% TDRL minimum with a medical retirement, meaning you will keep all your benefits. I'm actually really surprised that you've already got a VA claim, but are still able to serve in the NG.

Military Recruiting Firm Q&A - Transition Assistance Advice

Links still aren't working. It may have something to do with trying to open them on DoD computers, I've never tried googledocs on work computers.

    help with retire

First, please use proper punctuation and sentence structure. It is kind of hard to decipher what you've written. It sounds like you are trying to figure out when your retirement date will be. Once you have signed your 199 I believe PDA has to review it, after that you will be placed on the...

MEB for B/L Pes Planus questions. Help!

Once you can see your PA, they should be able to look at your file online and see the podiatry recommendation for a MEB and P3 profile, and then they should get it going from there.

Asthma is one of those things that just doesn't naturally go away, at least I don't recall it being that way. Should be PRDL, IMO

Received NARSUM/ Update Ft. Bliss Timeline. Possible ratings, ADVICE PLEASE!

For the knee it would depend on what your ROM tests show. The depression and anxiety will probably start at 50% TDRL, and the knee will add to that. This is all on the DOD rating. VA side, higher.
