I literally feel like a crazy person asking all these questions!! I made a mistake, it isn't the "stasis pigmentation" that separates 20% from 40%. 20% has beginning "stasis pigmentation" and 40% just has "stasis pigmentation". It is "incompletely relived by elevation" that separates the two...

Thank you! I did see my regular doctor about my condition and the VA has records of it. It isn't a treatable condition. I have a blood clot in my leg, which tests prove it is still there. I have been seeing a VA doctor for the past 4 years, but did not see them from 2004-2013.

I don't know my number yet, since I haven't gotten a letter back. Is there another way to get it?
