A reservist on active duty ( 8 active years and 17 .5 good years for reserve time) goes before a med board while on active duty and receives a disability rating of 50%.
VA rates same soldier as 100% disabled. He receives retired pay and VA comp for 4 years. However, in january the retired pay stops and Retired pay section points finger at VA???What does anyone think happened?
