I'm sure they use the Active, they had my active in my PEB findings. However they didn't use it for my rating.. they used my overall combined range of motion. Hope it helps.

Now does this mean, if I get 30% Disability(from the army, with 6 years in) and 30% from the VA.. I'd only get one paycheck? or would I get both from the army and VA?
