Yes, you can get Pell Grants/ Direct Loans/ and any other scholarships available while using the Post 9/11. Check with your school's policy regarding payouts to the student in the case of excess funds though

Your best bet is to call Providence f you are AF and get it from the horse's mouth that your ratings are actually being worked on. Unless your IDES claim goes historical it is a crap shoot as to which step it is actually on. Just my opinion
