Yes, you do. It’s typically taken on the front end. Then you use your chargeable leave afterwards

It stands for permissive TDY. It is leave that is not charged. I am OCONUS, so I get 30 days. I’m not sure if people who are conus would get less. But you are able to take it in conjunction with your terminal leave.
