3. Years 5.8 in points
4. VA Comp - 70% single
5. CRSC - 60%
6. No just VA disability and DoD

a. 1204/ 0.30 = 4013 high three
b. 1204 reduced to zero by amount of VA comp
c. 5.8 (which is not 5 yrs 8 mo...just info that you likely know) x 0.025 = 14.5%
d. 4013 x 0.145 = ~ $580 longevity portion of retired pay

CRSC based on your info = 580

I should add that if your approved CRSC percentage results in an amount less than the $580 shown above, it would be the CRSC payable. The VA compensation tables are used in conjunction with the approved CRSC percentage.

Most CH 61 retirees receive the longevity amount as CRSC.
