Thanks, Warrior644! I did FINALLY locate my page 4. Apparently, I am way more organized than I thought I was, and I have learned over time that it behooves me to keep multiple copies in multiple locations. The complete copy was in my I Love Me Book. :-)

Guys, I am looking at my paperwork so I can do my severance pay tax recoupment but cant find my page 4. Where the heck can I find a blank copy of this? I dont know if my toddler fried my brain today or what, but whenever I look for it, all I get is the regulations. Getting a bit frustrated.

FINALLY!! I have reached the Nirvana of the MEDBOARD process! I received my retroactive VA pay on Saturday, 6 July 2013, and my VA packet today, 8 July 2013. Now, its time to get my money back from the IRS. :-) Good luck!

I finally began receiving severance pay on 12 March. When you get your severance pay, they will only pay you $9000 per LES and only process 2 LESs per week. Hope this helps some one. :-) In a few weeks I will try to get my taxed money back, but I need to wait on my final VA letter.
