Another option you have is to get a rep with the DAV. They can see if your file is on someone's desk or not. Mine had gotten lost when somehow offices moved and the DAV rep contacted a supervisor at the VA and got it to someone's desk. I messed up and added an extra step into the process by starting a Congressional, which pulled mine off the raters desk and sent it to another desk so that the Congressional inquiry could be answered. I'm hoping it won't add too much time on my process overall.

Logged on to Ebennies today and my claim has moved to pending decision approval. So.

Dec 31, 2012 - proposed raiting

Thats good, how many conditions did you have? Mine was MARCH 22 retirement list and still shows gathering evidence.

It's gonna stay there until they receive your DD214. Call the 800 number or visit https://iris.custhelp.com/app/ask/session/L3RpbWUvMTM3MDczMjc1NC9zaWQvWVJ4UlZmc2w= it took them till fri and sent it on mon but the email was very useful
-EDIT- You need to call and make sure they have you DD214 and check mypay and see if your ret les is complete. sometimes your DD214 can get lost so call and check.
it won't be the 28th or july 1st I was told 14 days max. I was told this when I out processed finance. You may be different though so don't hold me to that.
My claim was received June 29 1012, but my ebennies is in pending decision approval - 06/05/13. phase completion date is 6/11/13 - 6/20/13.
I retired 18th April and got final pay 18th April
Get a DAV rep. I called the Seattle DAV, and was sent a VA PoA for the rep. Between the Congressional and the DAV rep, my case went from being reveiwed, to my ratings back here at JBLM within a matter of 2 weeks. Just make sure you are open and 100% honest with the DAV, they will and can help...a lot!
I called a DAV rep to get info and he tried to look at my VA file and said it was blocked to his view because he did not start my claim... Has anyone else ever got this when trying to contact them? Also he had no idea what a PEB was as well.
Dude id drive to where he was at and punch him in the mouth and call him a liar.!!!!!!! Ive called 3 DAVs in 3 states and they all could access my va file!
Ok do you have a number of one of the ones you were able to get to look up the info for you?
