So my unfit memo was received by Seattle on or around the 13th of April.... nothing is out standing... my claim was opened with the MSC on the Feb 10, 2013. Any ideas if i am even getting close to getting ratings? I see that a lot of people are getting there stuff back and they are only a couple weeks ahead of me.
You may want to double check, I got an email yesterday from my PEBLO stating that my ratings were done and my packet was mailed out yesterday morning back to JBLM. As for the ratings, no one seems to give me any heads up info.

i didnt mine hadnt been sent as of tuesday but as of the 1800 number today they said forwarded to the peb
As of today, it is finally done. Ebennies shows claim complete, AB8 is on there, and letter is being mailed.
50% overall. I will update with date of receiving first payment. 435 days overall from start to finish. I hope all of my fellow bretheren here will see great news soon as well.

I look at all these dates and it scares me. My MEB was forwarded 2 JAN 13 to the PEB and now it seams like its been lost or something..

start a congressional brother! Thats the only way your gonna find anything! By law when its filed the congressional rep at the DRAS site must locate the packet and pull it for response!

180 days since unfit, no movement. Word from on-high is don't call us (VA) until you hit 400 days.

This is getting beyond ridiculous!!! We are on day 154 waiting for ratings. My husbands PEBLO has not returned his calls in 2 weeks. The ombudsman is doing nothing, he apparently seems to be good friends with her and just says "she's good at her job she will see what is taking so long". Well how can she do that when she refuses to even talk to my husband. Does anyone know the new projected timelines from VA? Last we were told (3 weeks ago) was 354 days, is this right?
