*Unsure when I’ll sign NARSUM/MEB Packet, legal said they’re backlogged. So expecting a 2 week delay at a minimum. Anyone know if I will still get proposed ratings before I sign my NARSUM?

Just hang in there I had my legal review from the fort Carson office it took about a good 45 minutes it’s pretty good to have the legal look over your NARSUM I had to wait no longer than 3 days after the 5 original days you get to schedule so don’t worry

That’s good to hear, thanks for the reply. I called them earlier today they said they will contact me within the week so sounds about accurate to what you’re saying as well.
Oh yes they will contact you because I thought about signing without the review but my peblo told me no rush and he always encourages his clients to have legal who has experience go over. I promise you’ll enjoy the review appointment with the lawyer it was great to get some information and some possible expectations due to cases they have seen Keep me posted

Great I’ll do the same here since we are on the same base. It goes to the PEB for unfit and the ratings which are proposed from VA sent back to them after they request for the ratings then back to PEBLO. My buddy got his 199 and then went to CIF and S1 now just waiting for orders

You need a final authorization signature before it’s submitted to the PEB. Could be one day could be a week.
I’ve signed and sent my NARSUM back to my Peblo on the 5th

Update: just spoke with my peblo he said the PEB found me unfit they sent it to VA for proposed ratings hopefully they come back fast and with expected results..

I think they stop sending documents that says you’re unfit but the PEBLO Will know and since it’s sent it the VA for Proposed ratings that means you’re unfit
Makes sense. He said ~6-8 weeks for my ratings then.
Looks like we’re about a week apart in the process, hopefully your ratings come in soon.
I’m hoping it doesn’t take that long because I have an offer for a part time job up north trying to see if I’d be able to handle this
