Fun times...I asked my PEBLO what was going on and she figured I had already began outprocessing...nope. Im going through Special Actions because they have an inquiry over my CDR's Statement over orders that I received when I was going through a REFRAD before I started the whole process. What I would like to know is why this is such a big deal because in my mind it shouldn't be anything since my orders got revoked when I told them to pull the REFRAD from HRC. As of now I’m waiting on the PEB to sign my 199. My ratings were completed on the VA website April 2nd even mailed me a packet with the ratings. Apparently everything is going slower then normal right now so hopefully it can be signed this week. Any idea how long it takes?The 90 days starts once you get your orders. I am waiting on over a month to get my orders because they had issues with something in my Commanders Statement so now I get to wait more. Hopefully that isn't happening to you.

I wonder why your is taking so long. You said it was the commanders statement that stalled it?No idea. Mine is taking forever to get for the stupidest reason. Hopefully you get yours soon though.
So apparently the PDA had an issue with my commanders statement because it stated that I had orders to get out, which I did because I had an approved REFRAD, but withdrew it because of the MEB. Dont know why that was such an issue that it needed to be this whole long process but thats what it is. I sent up a new commanders statement two weeks ago so hopefully I hear by tomorrow...but I am doing weekly checkins with my PEBLO and have also sent the PDA information to my chain of command so they can get in on this as well and hopefully get something moving.
