dang I'm lost on this. I understand that I'm getting my retirement :) they also said something about back payment.. The PEBLO said that today. I told her if I got anything it would go to the VA she said no this pay was entitled to me
 
Did you submit your 100% p&t paperwork (like, the ratings letter) to your TDRL PEBLO for submission to PEB?
 
You need to file for CRSC. What is your amount of disability retirement pay as compared to your VA compensation amount?

got all my paperwork back from Legal sign it gave it back to my PEBLO last week. should have a answer by April ! 2014. just waiting on retirement orders and see what happens if I will get any back pay. I was granted partial Relief do my orders from FEB 28, 2010 is VOIDED.. I did ask my PEBLO and Legal about the back pay. we don't have a amount yet if any. this is like rolling the dice at Vegas...

just got a E-mail from my PEBLO.. the PEB sent my case to PDA pending the orders ( the case has been assigned to an analyst to work this piece.) this was from my PEBLO

anyone have a clue ? I know I'm getting orders maybe a little back pay maybe its sounds like something is cooking..

Wow, My case is mirroring yours, Mine went to USAPDA for an analyst to work it. I am awaiting orders as well…and backpay and allowance. Cant file for crsc until I get a corrected dd214.
 
still waiting I called USAPDA because my PEBLO wouldn't call me back they have 130 days to complete a case. they told me to call back in 30 days or look for something in the mail. ( orders ) I'm also waiting on the 214 to file on the CRSC. no really counting on the back pay deal I have been out for 4.5 years been drawing VA for almost that same amount of time. if they want to give me $$$ I will take it for sure. ( I think the VA would want it )

just trying to keep everyone up to date on this case we are now 4.5 years. they are working on my new discharge date from what I'm being told. and they are trying to workout the back pay deal. 4 of the 5 non fitting was due to combat. they asked me about a purple heart I told them my unit never put us in for them. the unit was disbanded after we got back to the states. so I guess I'm out on that one also
 
I have been trying to get something along these lines done for a while now. Keep getting sent to different people. Most which have no clue what to do and others to lazy to find out. I have been out of Active Duty since '07 and Medically Discharged, unfit for duty and retention, from the NG since '08. My discharge from NG was due to injuries incurred on active duty. I have been rated by the VA 100%P/T since 2008. Any help in the right direction would be appreciated

well as of today I'm waiting on Texas guard to cancel my old discharge orders from 2010. they are still talking about back pay money to me. I will give the Texas guard G1 a call tomorrow and see if I can push it a little.

you need to get all your paperwork and file with your congressman to the board of appeals just my 2 cents
