I recieved my orders yesterday and I will have all signatures today except two because its at brief I have to attend on Monday and Tuesday. As such, my final out day is 5 March 2014 and I should have my military disability retirement orders on 28 February 2014 per the RSO!
Hmm, for sure, my military unit needs to "get in high gear" with all of my favorable personnel actions at this point; no excuses now!

Actually, I called PDA today and they sent my TRANSPOC message to Fort Myer on the 26th. Now I'm just calling Fort Myer to see when I can do my brief...they are a bit slower than the big Army posts I believe.

You sent a 199 for CRSC ? I thought you couldn't apply for CRSC until after you got your final ratings? Am I missing something?
I haven't sent the packet in just yet. I am going to send it in here soon. Was advised to send it in before the final rating so they will both kick in at or around the same time. If its WAY to early than it will get kicked back. I didn't get around to it today. I am going go through the packet and make sure it's solid and send it off next week.

Yes you need official ratings before applying CRSC
I was told that they would hold onto the packet and it will be a smooth transaction. I know that you don't get paid for CRSC till after the final ratings kick in. If it don't work it's not a big deal its just copies and the next packet will be ready to go when the time comes.
I'm not sure if this is better info. It's just what I was told was a good thing to do. Either way I'm getting everything ready to go. It's my CRSC recon
That's what I thought , I think you told me that before but I can see where Dicky is saying cause my lawyer said the same thing and I told him that I thought it was after final ratings and he says yeah it is...I said you do know it takes the VA forever for that
I got my stuff back the following week. The VA told me it could take up to ten days for the PEB to receive the proposed ratings. Then they have to enter it into there paperwork which took the PEB 5 days in my case. You should expect something within 2 weeks. (If your PEBLO does their job)
